Dining Chair no.8 - Templates

Just finished the final finishing coat of the first chair (5 more to go).

The patterns worked great and the enclosed instructions were a good reference, although I made some modifications to the process based on experience and shop setup. The video that is available on UTube was a good reference for some of the trickier work.

I had one question and Paul replied back to me within 24 hours. Overall a great experience!

1) Chair design is fair, consider softening curves and edges. Could be a bit more organic, sensual design.
2) It would be very useful to have plans available in CAD format, not hand sketches. If I use them, I will re-draw in CAD and program for CNC router machine.

Good templates, had a few challenges getting them to print correctly. Once saved and opened in .pdf it was perfect.

Plans are just what I expected - ready to make some dust
